Goin' Kosher... 21st century style

Just like any food network challenge, kosher catering can come out many different ways.  We have chosen to go with a boutique kosher caterer who was willing to work with our vision for our wedding.  Not only did the food have to be kosher, but we needed it to be "sustainable."  We also wanted to work with a caterer who would pay attention to details.  And so we landed with Mark David Catering.  Feel free to check them out online, and for those of you who strictly observe kashrut, feel free to do whatever research you need to do on this Glatt Kosher caterer.
